Toni Loch, Executive Director
Toni joined the staff of HNFRC as Executive Director in 2009 and has previously served as the Executive Director of Golden House and the CEO of the Brown County United Way. She has been very active as an advocate in the community with other organizations as well. Toni will be focused on raising awareness and resources for the compelling programs at Howe Neighborhood Family Resource Center. Toni has been instrumental in getting the Community Partnership for Children started at the resource center and is looking forward to watching the impact HNFRC has on the community grow!
Sarah Burg, Program Coordinator
Sarah joined the Howe Resource Center staff in July 2011. Sarah is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison and has previously worked with an AmeriCorps program in Madison as the Volunteer Coordinator. She is looking forward to watching children learn and grow through resource center programming. Sarah enjoys spending time reading and taking her dog, Bucky, to the dog park.
Sherry Oja, Parent Educator
Sherry has been with HNFRC since late 2009. With a background in education, pre-school through 9th grade, Sherry provides the expertise necessary to be a resource on parenting and child development. Certified as a "Parents as Teachers" instructor, Sherry conducts personal visits, playgroups, and parenting classes. She believes that with the right start, any child can thrive and succeed and looks forward to a new year ripe with child literacy and parenting programs!
Martha Spice, Office Manager
Martha joined the HNFRC staff in late 2010. She serves as an administrative lead working to support other program staff members and the daily operations of HNFRC. With a background in organizing children's programming and volunteer coordination, Martha is the perfect addition to the HNFRC team.
Laura Robinson, Parent Educator
Laura is the newest member of the Howe Resource Center staff. Laura comes to us with a background in human services and community organizing. She really enjoys working with families and is very excited to join the wonderful team of people at Howe Resource Center. She is looking forward to getting to know all the parents and their children!
