Somali Mothers' Support Group
Come share some relaxing time with other Somali women. Get support from other women and get questions answered about your family and community. You can also get credit for W2!
- Get breastfeeding support and have your baby weighed.
- Get information to keep you and your family healthy.
- Learn more about the resources in your community.
Several professionals will be present to support you, including a breastfeeding educator, a publich health nurse, a parent educator, and a Somali interpreter. A play area will be available for young children.
These services are being provided through a partnership of Howe Resource Center, UW Extension, and the Brown County Health Department.
