Join us for a new series...
Join us as professionals from the UW-Extension Nutrition Education Program provide monthly food demonstrations in a series called "Cooking Through the Seasons".  This series will provide useful tips for preparing nutritious foods as well as introduce easy ways to maintain a healthy diet.  These demonstrations are free and open to all members of the community!
